End of November
The North East Monsoon was joined by a cyclone that hit Trincomalee at the end of the month. One of the 2 pools at Dutch Bay was destroyed. The loss of a pool was an unexpected financial blow to SwimLanka, especially as Trincomalee District in underfunded and there is still much work to be done there. Any financial offers will be gratefully received.
