Aid is brought to the affected peoples by a combination of indigenous governments, local people, foreign governments and concerned foreigners
A realisation dawns that, whilst many aspects of aid and recovery are being covered, that more could be done for the surviving coastal children of Sri Lanka who have suffered the ordeal of being in or very near the tsunami wave.
